– All original tags must be attached.

– It must be in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll promptly provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back to us without prior return authorization.

Exchanges:

If you wish to receive a different item promptly, we recommend returning the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 7 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
